OCEANIS 38.1

DESCRIPTION OF THE BOAT

In the tradition of the latest 41.1, the Oceanis 38.1 cleverly combine practical features, performance, and elegance on boat sizes where function generally outweighs personalisation: the Oceanis range continues to stand by its desire to offer a wide choice to demanding customers.

EXTERIOR DESIGN

The Oceanis 38.1’s chined hull offers particularly surprising cruising comfort. Good and taut to aft and low on the water, the rigidity under sail of this cruiser takes her further and faster, with exceptional stability. It is a real joy to have two helm stations, a mainsail arch and a huge swim platform on a sailing yacht this size.

INTERIOR DESIGN

With a few extra centimetres won in strategic places the Oceanis 30.1 differs from other boats, thanks to a headspace of 1.98 m in all the places inside where it is comfortable to stand. The two good-sized double cabins each have berths running lengthwise and an open entryway making them feel particularly spacious. The two benches in the saloon provide an additional place for two extra berths. The large shower room is divided into a marine toilet on one side and shower and washbasin on the other. At the foot of the gently sloping companionway, the L-shaped galley has top and bottom storage, a 75-litre refrigerator and a real oven under the gas hob.

LIVING SPACES A PRIORITY

MAXIMIZE SPACE

The chart table has been redesigned.
Practical and effective, it folds away to leave more room in the saloon.
Designed to suit a variety of sailing programmes and increasingly different lifestyles on board, the Oceanis 38.1 is available respectively in 6 versions with varied layouts: number of cabins and bathrooms, modularity of the saloon, choice of galley, storage capacity, etc.

SEPARATE OWNER CABIN

Now accessed by a double door, the owner cabin offers wonderful privacy.
This new separate space still has a pleasant forward view of the boat when the doors are open.

TAILOR-MADE INTERIOR ATMOSPHERES

Light Oak or Mahogany Alpi: the Oceanis 38.1 offer a choice between a contemporary light oak or more classic Mahogany Alpi atmosphere. Once the cabinet work has been decided upon, a wide choice of linings and upholstery colours and materials adds the finishing personal touches.
